I don't wanna lose it super fast, I just wanna lose it haha
I'm 5'9" and 175 lbs last I checked
and NONE of that "extra" goes to my boobs or butt, I'm completely flat in both areas
Most of it goes to my thighs/stomach, and I have these weird love handle things that make my hips look messed up.
I also have a very chubby face that I'd like to get rid of.
I wanna lose about 40 lbs, I think that's a healthy goal.
Btw, this weight IS effecting my health, it's not muscle at all, none of it is, can't even do a push up, can't run very fast or for a very long time..
I want to try to lose the weight by next year
I may be going on a trip to Hawaii, Fiji, Australia and New Zealand
So that's alot of beaches and hot weather, I wanna look cute in a bikini and shorts and not like a whale LOL
I'm 14 btw, I don't really wanna go to a gym or anything and be the youngest one there, talk about embarrassing.

hello :) do you have a family member that goes to the gym? or that would go to the gym with you? i go to the gym with my dad and sister just to keep my cardio up. I tip that you eat breakfast, don't snack a lot. healthy meals, walk, and stay positive!

DIET, DIET, EXERCISE, EXERCISE , WATER & WATER.
don't eat junkfoods, chocolate, & foods with much sugar in it.
lessen the rice that you eat. maybe at first week 1 cup, second week 1/2 cup,
3rd week 1/4 rice then the next week no rice at all.
EXERCISE! jogging is really the best way every morning jog for about
15-30 mins a day. and lastly WATER! drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water everyday.

Portion control is key,
i try and follow this method..
For breakfast eat like a king/Queen
For lunch eat like a Prince/Princess
And for dinner eat like a poor man.
Breakfast should be the biggest meal of the day.
Also i try and limit myself to two snacks a day, before lunch and before dinner. Preferably both between 100 - 200 calories.
I also try not to eat anything past 6:00pm as your metabolism starts to slow down at night.
As you have set yourself quite a big goal: try to lose the weight at a steady and HEALTHY pace. When you lose weight at a faster rate it is less likely to stay off..FACT. So yo-yo dieting is really unhealthy and non beneficial in the long run.
You probably wont want to hear this but exercise really will make a difference, once you get better at it and your stamina increases it actually becomes enjoyable. And whats even better is seeing the results for yourself.
Maybe buy yourself an amazing clothing piece in a couple of sizes to small.. and this can be what you want to achieve by next year and will hopefully fit into? 40 pounds is ALOT of weight to loose and determination is key!
