Okay, So im 16 years old and I am going to Hawaii in the beginning of May. I am trying to be skinny before I go. I am not that big at all, I probably need to lose around 10 lbs to look real skinny but I want to go to Hawaii and be able to go on the beach and walk around in my bikini and feel amazing about it. I have thicker thighs, and more muscular arms and I hate that because im a girl. I am thick boned, and I love my thighs and everything. I have never been called fat or anything its just I would like to have a really toned body for Hawaii :) . My myspace is : www.myspace.com/sarababy_xo . You can see the default and add me for more pics if you want to see more but I just want to know of any good exersizes or ways other people tone up but lose fat, and dont gain alot of muscle. I do workout, and have the Wii Fit, and everything but I want to see results fast, it keeps me motivated. Any good tips, or anything. Also, if anyone knows good foods to eat? I know veggies, etc., but specific foods or websites to keep track of calories, and how many calories I should have per day. Thanks in advance :)

You look really hot. You have a great body and should feel amazing in a bikini just as you are. Being really skinny isn't a good thing. Losing weight won't make you look any better because you look perfect already.
